Terms & Conditions

• Bookings must be submitted at least 3 working days before the event.
• Last-minute bookings may not be considered.
• Bookings must be made for the actual event date only. Do not block unrelated dates.
• Equipment and setup are subject to IT/Maintenance availability and confirmation.
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Admin reserves the right to override bookings for UniKL RCMP official events.
• Uploaded proposals must be approved by SDCL and relevant.
• Special arrangements require prior approval from admin.
• IT Lab rooms (Level 1 & 4) and VC Room (Level 3) must be booked separately, as they require IT approval.
• Motorcycle Parking (Avicenna) must be booked separately, as it requires Maintenance Department approval.
