  • Bookings must be submitted at least 3 working days before the event. Last-minute requests may not be considered.
  • Bookings must be made for the actual event date only. Do not block unrelated dates.
  • Equipment and setup are subject to IT/Maintenance availability and confirmation.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
  • Admin reserves the right to relocate bookings for UniKL RCMP official events.
  • Uploaded proposals must be approved by SDCL and relevant.
  • Special arrangements require prior approval from admin.
  • IT Lab rooms (Level 1 & 4) and VC Room (Level 3) must be booked separately — IT approval required.
  • Motorcycle Parking (Avicenna) must be booked separately — Maintenance Dept. approval required.
  • If a booking shows System Closed status, the booking period has ended. Contact the Admin Department if you need further assistance.
